THE EXPERIENCE

Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition is a globally touring, immersive experience featuring life-size, high-definition photographic reproductions of the Sistine Chapel frescoes. It allows visitors to view masterpieces like The Creation of Adam up close—far closer than in Rome—offering a unique perspective on the details, colors, and brushstrokes.

Unfortunately, there won't be parking at this venue, so we recommend you don't arrive by car.

Tickets should be purchased online in advance of your arrival. Tickets can be purchased as available, but it is highly recommended that you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Google Play and the Apple Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Google Play or Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Refunds are not allowed. Tickets can be rescheduled, please contact us.

Ticketholders should arrive 15 minutes in advance of their scheduled session.

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue

No large bags, backpacks, or suitcases: Bags should be left at home or locked in the trunk of the car.

No weapons of any kind are permitted inside the facility, knives, pepper spray, or any other items deemed dangerous.

No Bikes, helmets, skateboards, and non-mobility aid scooters are permitted

No food or drinks are permitted inside the facility.

No smoking or vaping inside the facility, including e-cigarettes.

No talking or loud disruptions during the show (please silence electronic devices).

No laser pointers or any distracting lights or noise-making devices.

No alcohol or illegal substances (including being under the influence while on-premises).

We’re proud to be fully accessible for guests with many different disabilities and neurodiversity, and we strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable by offering a free Carer ticket for customers with accessible needs.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact Fever here with proof of needing a Carer ticket.

Once this is received, Fever will provide you with a code of a voucher that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will be required to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Here are a few documents that Fever accepts:

– Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.

– Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

– Evidence of being severely sight impaired.

– CredAbility Access Card – +1 category requirement.

– A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

If tickets are purchased on-site at the box office, please simply show proof of needing a Carer ticket at the entrance with your documentation, and the Carer will be allowed in for free.

We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.

This is a walkthrough experience, there will be limited seating available.

Yes, this venue has accessible restrooms available.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.

Lockers will be available to hire to store your coats and bags.
